Since the typical “About me” pages are boring, here is a FAQ nobody requested.

Who are you?

A person on the internet with opinions, projects, a suspicious number of tabs open, and a website, which is either admirable or a warning sign.

What is this site?

Part notebook, part archive, part public record of things I decided to care about.

What do you like?

Useful things, elegant ideas, quiet competence, and humor with a pulse.

What do you do?

Mostly: learn, build, write, fix, and repeat. Occasionally start things that become more complicated than they had any right to be.

What are you interested in?

Good tools, clear thinking, elegant solutions, the kind of projects that begin as “this should be simple” and absolutely are not, and whatever else happens to be winning my attention this week.

Why does this page exist?

To satisfy both convention and curiosity, without forcing anyone to read a grand personal myth.

Why isn’t there a proper bio here?

Because mystery is free and self-branding is exhausting.

Are these polished, complete thoughts?

Some are. Others are still in the charming stage known as “in progress.” But they are honest attempts, which is more than can be said for a lot of internet writing.

Is this a portfolio?

In the loosest possible sense: it contains things I made and chose not to hide.

What is this site not?

A personal brand monument, a productivity shrine, or evidence that I have my entire life sorted out.
